For this position the person must be located in or willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro.
As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in the Philippines that align with the overall business strategy for the company. You will be responsible for implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices, overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, managing employee recruitment and training programs, owning employee benefits and compensation, managing workplace disputes and legal situations, and managing all HR operations for the country.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in human resources, experience managing people and performance management across all functions, knowledge of and experience in local country operations and labor laws, and experience in implementation of strategic HR transformation initiatives. This role is best suited for a collaborator with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across multi-disciplinary functions in Legal, IT, Operations, and People Ops on both the strategic and tactical level.
The position reports to the Philippines Country Manager.
